I'm starting work on my new project called ‘Folifoli'

The name of the project comes from the word for rhythm - foli, used by the Malinka tribes in West Africa. The musical idea in the album is inspired and tells the story of the people of Baro, a small town in eastern Guinea, and presents their culture and philosophy of rhythm, according to which it is everything.

A musical album built on the vast sound possibilities, dynamics and variety of percussion instruments, intertwined with the beauty and warmth of vocal polyphony. The leading force in this album will be the rhythm - primary, casual, dynamic, captivating, narrative.

The album will be recorded in collaboration between Konstantin Katsarski and American singers Funmilayo Ngozi /Funmi Eke/ and Michelle Cromwell /Tiffany Blu/.
